UPSC IES, ISS 2023 Final Result: The commission recommended 18 candidates for IES positions and 33 for ISS positions. Results for seven candidates (3 in IES and 4 in ISS) are provisional.
New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final results for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) exams 2023.
In the ISS exam, Nikhil Sindh secured the top position, while Nishchal Mittal topped the IES exam. The results, along with the merit list, can be accessed on the official website.
The examinations for both services were conducted from June 23 to 25, followed by interviews from December 18 to 21 for the shortlisted candidates.The UPSC recommended 18 candidates for IES positions and 33 for ISS positions.
Results for seven candidates (3 in IES and 4 in ISS) are provisional. The commission stated that the offer of appointment to these candidates will not be issued until the original documents are verified, and the provisional status is clarified. The validity of the results for these candidates is three months, and failure to produce the required documents will result in the cancellation of their candidature, as clarified by the UPSC.
Within fifteen days following the date of the results announcement, the candidates’ marks will be available on the website.
